Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Robertson IT Solutions, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

Robertson IT Solutions provides IT consulting services including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 setup and support, network configuration, remote troubleshooting, backup and recovery, patch management, and onboarding/offboarding support.

3. Payments and Refunds

All services are billed hourly unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due upon receipt. Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered.

4. Limitation of Liability

Robertson IT Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups unless a separate backup agreement is in place.

5. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or assist in configuring third-party tools such as Microsoft 365 or remote monitoring solutions. Robertson IT Solutions is not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms.

6. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable precautions to protect client data and ensure secure communication.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
